Frank not only likes apple cider and apple pastries, but has also been passionate about Apple-based programming since the birth of the iPhone. He is proficient in many programming languages, translates visionary ideas into technical language and allocates project tasks to the team. As for communicating with Frank, we should let you know that his humour can be described as something between “The Office” and The Big Bang Theory.

The Interface Guru
It's almost impossible to describe Marcel - he has to be experienced! Give him just three key words for a project, and before you know it, he has already visualised and implemented it into a design. His design philosophy - intuitive, clear, simple, beautiful. Together with Frank, he is responsible for applab's work flow and compliance with quality requirements. Unable to fulfil his boyhood dream of becoming a pilot, he is now using his rare creativity breaks to wreak havoc in the office with his model helicopter.

Ralf Neuber
The Analyzer
Ralf is our version of the FBI and has all numbers, data and facts about our projects at his fingertips. Whether apps, home pages, advertising campaigns or payments, he can provide information on the success or failure of a project at all times. And he is probably analysing your visit on this site right now, adding it to an expanding chart. In this context, he puts a lot of emphasis on data protection and anonymous statistics. Your IP address is encrypted, and as safe as can be. But be careful! In private, Ralf is very different: If you are visiting an event in the Kulmbach area, you can expect to see a photo of yourself on Ralf's event home page. :)

Stephanie Ebert
The Artist
Stephi transforms our advertising materials into creative nuggets and makes sure that even newsletters become eye-catchers and contents are presented properly. Anyone trying to get past her does not have it easy, as she is used to standing her ground in an office full of men. We have also given her the nickname Miss Tropical, because if it were up to her, the office would be at tropical temperatures all year, causing even the coolest types to work up a sweat.

Stephan Bruny
The Frameworker
There probably isn't an established web framework that Stephan does not know. His experience means that we do not have to re-invent the wheel every time, especially for smaller projects. If he cannot find a framework that meets his requirements, he simply writes his own. Stephan is a multi-talented individual. In his free time, he likes to play guitar and piano in a band, and can often be found working out at the fitness studio.

Jochen Bräsemann
The Coding Master
In Berlin, Jochen is primarily responsible for programming the back-ends. Stephan and Jochen form the perfect symbiosis. Jochen's natural ability combined with a lot of experience is reflected in very clean and well-though-out source codes. He just became a father of two, so getting his attention would mean providing a babysitter and a wellness weekend for him and his wife.

Martin Bauer
The Architect
Martin is the heart of interfaces and databases. He seems to be one of those few men capable of multi-tasking, and is able to work on several projects at once without losing his cool. With metal music in his earphones and cool energy drinks, Martin delivers top performance and rarely leaves his programming tunnel. He is not an A to Z type programmer, but rather looks for solutions in many different places. His open secret: If Microsoft were a band, Martin would be the president of all the fan clubs. :)

Leon Müller
The Spokesman
Leon is responsible for applab's growth, and your contact person for inquiries regarding cooperation and contracts. He organises the required data feeds from external companies, and ensures that the corresponding interfaces are available to be connected to our systems. He is not the type who can be bribed, but anyone trying might want to consider offering a yearly supply of Cola Light. ;)

Joachim Geier
The Documentalist
Joachim does not program anything without simultaneously providing professional and transparent documentation. With his help, we can trace the exact structure of a project months after it has been completed. He supports Martin in Kulmbach with back-end, interface and database programming, particularly in relation to documentation. In his private life, he likes full-body contact and can usually be found in the kick boxing ring.

Tino Lerner
The Consultant
Tino is the link between the Kulmbach headquarters and the agency in Berlin. He makes sure that communication between the two locations is seamless and that all objectives are achieved. With his know-how, he assists the team with programming as well as the development of visionary ideas. If you have come to Berlin to see more than the Brandenburg Gate and Gedaechtniskirche, Tino is your contact. He would be happy to show you the best of Berlin's night life.
